4. Data Sharing & Security

No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or share your financial data, transaction history, or personal information with advertisers, credit agencies, or external commercial partners.

All data in transit between your device and our servers is secured via TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS). Sensitive financial data and account passwords are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptography.

Access Controls
Your ledgers are strictly siloed to your account. Our staff cannot access your raw financial entries unless explicitly authorized by you for a targeted technical support request.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Data is retained only as long as your account is active to ensure you have continuous access to your historical financial records.
How to Request Account Deletion:
If you wish to terminate your Nexspac Khata account and purge your data from our systems, please initiate a deletion request:

Data Handling Upon Deletion
Upon verifying your identity via email, we will permanently delete your account credentials, all ledgers, transaction history, and custom categories within 30 days.
Note: If you have a paid subscription with us, strictly limited billing transaction records associated with your payments to Nexspac are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian financial regulations.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You possess the following rights regarding your digital data:

- •Right to Erasure: Request full account and financial data deletion.
