Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Nexspac Khata. By accessing or using the platform, you (“User”, “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1. Nature of Service & Ownership

Nexspac Khata is a proprietary digital bookkeeping and expense tracking platform owned, operated, and maintained by HackHunt CyberSecure LLP, located in Surat, Gujarat, India. The platform provides data organization, ledger tracking, and financial reporting capabilities for professionals and businesses.

2. Account Eligibility & Administration

  • Intended Use: Nexspac Khata is designed for professional, commercial, and personal financial tracking.

  • Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at nexspac@hackhunt.in of any unauthorized access to your financial dashboard.

  • Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data, entries, and transaction logs you input into the platform.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to use Nexspac Khata to:

  • Store or transmit any data that violates local, national, or international financial laws, including money laundering or tax evasion regulations.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform's backend infrastructure.
  • Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction tools against the platform interface.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Data (Customer Content)

You retain absolute ownership of all ledgers, transaction entries, and financial data uploaded to the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your financial records.

Our Platform

All rights, title, and interest in and to Nexspac Khata—including software code, accounting logic, user interface designs, logos, and documentation—remain the exclusive property of HackHunt CyberSecure LLP.

5. Disclaimer of Financial & Tax Advice

Not Professional Advice: Nexspac Khata is a software tool designed to assist you in organizing your finances. It does not constitute certified public accounting, financial, or tax advice.

We highly recommend that you consult with a qualified accountant or tax professional to review the reports generated by Nexspac Khata before submitting them to any tax authority or regulatory body. We are not responsible for audits, tax penalties, or financial discrepancies resulting from your use of the software.

6. Subscription, Billing, & Payments

  • Payment Terms: Access to premium features is granted based on agreed subscription tiers. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a commercial agreement.

  • Tax Compliance: All subscription fees are subject to applicable Indian taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be detailed on official invoices.

7. Termination

  • Termination by User: You may request complete account termination and data erasure at any time by contacting our support team.

  • Termination by Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access with prior notice if there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment of dues, or fraudulent activity detected on the account.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

“As-Is” Provision:Nexspac Khata is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, HackHunt CyberSecure LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform. Our total liability for any active claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 6 months preceding the event.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms or the breach thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
